ye bataiye khargosh halal hai ya haram ..masoomin as ki riwayat ke sath den ..shutr murg aur jhinga machhali


Jawaab:-


باسمه تعالى

عليكم السلام و رحمةالله وبركاته

(1) shutur murgh :


is ka ghosht wa ande dono halaal hain, khaa sakte hain


(2) Jhinga / shrimp :


( aek qism ki chhoti machhli ) halaal hai ba-sharte ke dusri halaal machhli ki tarah zinda paani se nikaali jaae lekin agar paani ke andar jaal me hi mar jaae to khaane me haraj nahi hai


Wazaahat:-


Jhinge ki tarah aur is se bada paani me rahne waala aek jaanwar (Lobster) hai, is ko log machhli samajhte hain jabke aiysa nahi hai


baaz maraaje keraam ke nazdik is ko khaana haraam hai is liae ke ye kekde (کیکڑے) / crabs ki aek qism hai


aayatullaah sistaani aur wahide khoraasaani ke nazdik ye halaal nahi hai, khaana haraam hai


rahbare inqelaab aur aayatullah makaarim shiraazi farmaate hain :


agar aap ke nazdik saabit hai aur yaqin hai ke ye jhinga machhli ki aek qism (family) hai to khaana halaal hai lekin agar yaqin hai ke kekde ki aek qism hai to khaana haraam hai


Khargosh :


guzishtaa wa maujuda tamaam foqahaa-e-shia imaamiya kaa it'tefaaq wa ijma hai ke khargosh ki tamaam qismen wa anwaa qat'an wa yaqinan haraam hain, in ka ghosht khaana jaa'ez nahi hai


albat'ta sun'ni olaama ke nazdik halaal hai


Haraam hone par dalil


(1) rewaayaat :


imaamon (عليهم السلام) ki jaanib se bahot saari rewaayaten naql huei hain jis me kaha gaya hai ke jo jaanwar maskh shuda (مسخ شدہ) hain aur changul wa panje waale hain wo haraam hain


imaam-e-musa kaazim ( علیه السلام ) ne farmaaya :


... قد حرم الله عزوجل الامساخ ...

... khoda ne maskh shuda jaanwar ko haraam kiya hai ...

imaam ( علیه السلام ) ne farmaaya :


... والارنب مسخ ...

... aur khargosh maskh shuda hai ...


( hawaala-e- saabiq - page 246 )

aek dusri rewaayat me imaam-e- Reza ( علیه السلام ) farmaate hain :


۔... حرم الارنب لانها بمنزلة السنور ولها مخالیب کمخالیب السنور ...۔


( wasaaelush shia jild 24 - p 109 )

... khargosh ko haraam kiya hai is liae ke ye billi ki tarah hai aur billi wa darinda jaanwaron ki tarah iske chang'gul wa panje hain ...


(2) namaaz guzaar kaa lebaas :


aiysi rewaayaat hain jin me kaha gaya hai ke agar namaazi ka lebaas khargosh ke baalon se bana hai, hatta lebaas par is ke baal lage hain to namaaz baatil hai


in rewaayaton se bhi saabit hota hai ke khargosh haraam gosht hai, is liae ke halaal gosht jaanwar ke baalon se bane lebaas par namaaz padh sakte hain, isi tarah agar lebaas par is ke baal lage hon to namaaz padh sakte hain


baaz naadir rewaayaat me kaha gaya hai ke khargosh kaa gosht khaana haraam nahi hai  balke makruh hai, ye baat maasum ( علیه السلام ) ne taqiya ( تقیه ) ki wajah se kahi hai

Note:-


1 ilm-e-haiwaanaat ( علم حیوانات ) ke baaz maaherin ki tahqiq padhi, ous ke motaabiq jhinge ki tarah is se bada daryaaei jaanwar ( lobster ), kekde ( crabs ) ki aek qism hai


2 rewaayaat me maskh shuda jaanwaron ka zikr hai, is se moraad ye hai ke maskh shuda insaan in jaanwaron ki tarah the, is liae ke maskh shuda insaan 3 ya 4 roz se zeyaada zinda nahi rahte hain, khoda ne oun ko halaak kar diya tha, oun ki nasl baaqi nahi hai lehaaza rewaayaat me maskh shuda jaanwar se moraad ye nahi hai ke is waqt ke haiwaanaat bhi wahi maskh shuda insaan hain ya oun ki nasl se hain


maskh shuda ba taur-e-iste'aara ( استعاره ) kaha gaya hai, is liae ke in ki surat maskh shuda insaan ki tarah hai


jab oun ki nasl se nahi hain to phir haraam keyon hain ?


ye aek tafsili bahas wa mauzu hai, is ta'allua se bas aetna arz kar dun ke khoda aur maasumin ( صلوات الله علیهم ) ne jis chiz ko haraam qaraar diya hai ous me noqsaan wa maslehat zarur hai


3 shion ne halaal, haraam ... rasul-e- khoda ke ahlebait ( صلوات الله علیهم ) se samjha hai, in ke ghar islaam, shari'at aur saare ahkaam naazil hue lehaaza shion se sawaal na ho ke khargosh ka gosht khaana keyon haaram hai ?


jin ke nazdikh halaal hai wo jawaab den ke halaal keyon hai ?


hadis-e-saqalain ( حدیث ثقلین ) ke motaabiq itrat-e- rasul ( صلوات الله علیهم ) ki aetaa'at waajib hai warna gumraahi wa zalaalat hai
