Sawaal az: mohtaram janaab Kabban sb (katokhar)
As salaam Alaikum,
Kya Eid ke din Maula Ali ka 10wan ki majlis nauhekhwani sinazani fauran Namaze Eid ke baad karne ke bare me kya hukm hai ?
Jawaab :
Jawaab tafsili hai khulaasa dar khulaasa peshe khidmat hai lekin tamhid ke taur par sirf aetna arz karna chaahta hun ke :
maazerat ke saath, jo log kahte hain eid ke din gham manaana aur majlis wa maatam karna jaa'aez nahi hai oun ki dalil keya hai ? aaya haraam hai yaa makruh ? agar haraam yaa makruh hai to is par dalil keya hai ? isi tarah oun logon se sawaal hai jo eid manaane se rokte hain aaya haraam hai yaa makruh ? agar haraam yaa makruh hai to is par motabar dalil keya hai ?
sirf ye kahne se kaam nahi chalega ke eid wa gham nahi manaana chaahiae is liae ke mazhabe shia mazhabe aqlo dalil hai
Asl jawaab :
- jo rewaayaat, Ahlebait (a.s) ke gham me rone yaa rolaane ke baare me hain wo aam hain, kisi aek waqt se makhsus nahi hain lehaaza har bazm me masaa'aeb par rona yaa rolaana ach'chha amal aur baa'aese ajr hai
- Ahlebait (a.s) ki sirat se maalum hota hai ke apne aziz tarin ki welaadat ke mauqe par giryah kiya hai, jaiyse jab Imaam Husain (a.s) ki welaadat huei to Rasule Akram ne is tarah giryah kiya ke ghash taari ho gaya yaa Janaabe Zainab (s.a) ki welaadat ke mauqe par bhi Rasul ne giryah kiya, Janaabe Abbaas (a.s) ki welaadat ke mauqe par Hazrat Ali (a.s) ne giryah kiya
- Maasumin se manqul rewaayaat hain, jaiyse ye rewaayat :
aaya roze eid in moqaddas zawaat ki welaadat se mohim hai ?
dusre ye ke roze eid giryah karna baaz olama wa maraaje ki bhi sirat hai, baaraha Qaa'aede Inqelaab ko dekha hai namaaze eid ke qonut me giryah karte huae
"log apni eid ke mauqe par khush'haal hote hain jab ke hamaari eid sog wa maatam hai"
ye aeshaara hai is baat ki taraf ke Bani Omaiy'yah ne hamaare liae eid baaqi nahi rakhi
Imaame Baaqir (a.s) ne farmaaya:
"roze eide fitr wa qurbaan hamaara gham taaza ho jaata hai is liae ke hamaara haq dusron ke haathon me hai"
in baaton ke aelaawa hadis me hai ke mustahab hai shia ayyame eid me yaani roze eide ghadir, eide fitr, eide qurban aur roze jum'aa jo eide hafta hai doa'ae nudbah (doa'ae giryah) padhen
Doa'ae nudbah keya hai ?
ye wahi feraaqe Imaame Zamana (atfs) me rona, aansu bahaana aur faryaad hai
eide fitr ke mohim aamaal me se aek ye hai ke namaaze eid ke baad doa'ae nudbah padhen
jashno sorur ke din ye doa padhne ka hukm shaayad is liae hai ke namaazi, ghaibate imaam ki mosibat ko naa bhulen ..., roze eid zeyaarate Imaam Husain (a.s) padhne ki bohot taakid ki gaei hai, zeyaarat me Imaam (a.s) ki mosibat ka bhi zikr hai
Banu Omaiy'yah ne hamaare saath aiysa kiya hi hai ke hamaari har khushi gham se shuru hoti hai, saal ka aaghaaz bhi gham hi se hota hai
lehaaza eide fitr me Maasum (a.s) ki majlis karne me shar'an koei haraj nahi hai
albatta is din khub khushi manaa'aen taa ke momenin ko khush haal rahne ka bhi mauqa mile niz khushi manaane ka bhi message pahunche.
dushman sirf hamaare giryaah ko keyon dekhta hai aur khushi manaane ko nahi dekhta hai ?
jis qadr shia mazhab me khushi manaane ki taqribaat hain ous tarah kisi mazhabo deen me nahi hai, ham har Maasum (a.s) ki welaadat par aur eid me khushi manaate hain
shia aansu gas ki tarah nahi hain ke sirf rona aur rolaana jaante hain balke khud khush rahte hain aur dusron ko bhi khush rakhne ki koshish karte hain, islaam sirf dine giryah wa zaari nahi hai
gham manaane ki mokhaalefat is liae hoti hai ke is me jo taasir hai wo khushi me nahi hai.
al'mokhtasar khushi me gham manaaya jaa sakta hai lekin gham me khushi nahi manaa'ei jaa sakti, isi liae baaz bade bade olama Janaabe Say'yedah (s.a) ki welaadat ba sa'aadat ke mauqe par shahzaadi ka masaa'aeb padhte hain lekin bibi ki shahaadat par khushi nahi manaate
