Imaam Ali ( a.s ) ne apne daure khelaafat me baaghe fadak ko waapas keyon nahi liya ? | taraawih ki haqiqat

Salamun Alaikum Agha,


Mere ek buzurg bhai ne mujhse puchha:


Unke ek ahl-e-sunnat dost ne sawaal kiya ki jab abu bakr aur umar ne apne daur-e-khilaafat me Bibi Fatima Zahra s.a se unka haq baagh-e-fidaq chheen liya tha aur apni khilaafat ki milkiyat bana li thi lekin baad mein jab Maula Ali Ibne Abu Talib a.s ka daur e khilaafat aaya to kya unhone baagh-e-fidaq ko Wapas le kar Bibi Fatima Zahra s.a ko yaani unke beton aur betiyon ko wapas kar diya tha agar wo Bibi Fatima Zahra s.a ka haq tha jiske liye wo abu bakr ke darbar me gayin thi.


Lekin agar Maula Ali ne apne daur-e-khilaafat me wapas nahi liya to Keyon nahi liya? Keyon ki agar wapas nahi liya to kya Abu Bakr sahi tha maazallah yaani?


Agar iska jawab daleel ke sath mile to us ahl-e-sunnat dost ko jawaab diya ja sakta hai..

عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته


shia wa sunni ki mota'addid tafsir, hadis aur taarikh ... ki ketaabon se saabit hai ke Rasule khoda (صلى الله عليه و آله) ne "Fadak" apni beti Hazrat Faatema (سلام الله عليها) ko atiyah wa hadiyah kiya tha, is ke liae aek dastaawez bhi aap ko diya tha


Rasule akram (صلى الله عليه و آله) ki zindagi me "Baaghe Fadak" 5 saal tak Janaabe Faatemah (سلام الله عليها) ke aekhteyaar me tha lekin Abubakr ki hokumat ne ous ko ghasb kar liya, dokhtare Rasul (سلام الله عليهم) ne dalilon aur gawaahon ke saath motaalaba kiya to Abubakr ne qabul nahi kiya, jab qabul nahi kiya to phir apni miraas ke ounwaan se motaalaba kiya taa'ke is ke zariae apne haq ko le saken


Abubakr ne ye bhi qabul nahi kiya, Abubakr ki dalil aek jaali wa man ghadat (من گھڑت) aur khelaafe qur'aan wa sunnat rewaayat hai ke Rasule khoda (صلى الله عليه وآله) ka irshaad hai :


نَحنُ ( اِنَّا ) مَعَاشِرَ الاَنبِيَاءِ لَا نُوَرِّثُ مَا تَرَكنَاهُ صَدَقَة


"ham ambiya ka koei waaris nahi hota ham jo kuchh chhodte hain wo sadqah hota hai"


olama, mohaqqeqin, mohaddesin ... ne in baaton ka jawaab tafsili aur qaate'eiyat se diya hai aur is ta'alluq se mokhtalif ketaaben bhi likhi gaei hain ous me saabit kiya gaya hai ke Abubakr haq par nahi the ...


oun ko nazar andaaz karte huae ye batla dun ke 3 khalifa ne 25 saal hokumat ki ous ke baad Amirul Momenin Ali (عليه السلام) ke daure khelaafat me "baaghe fadak" waapas keyon nahi kiya gaya ?


fadak ke hawaale se ye bhi koei naya sawaal nahi hai is ke baare me bhi jawaab diae ga'ae hain, ham yahaan is sawaal ke jawaab me intehaaei aekhtesaar ke saath chand par aektefa karte hain molaaheza farmaa'aen :


  1. kisi ke haq ko ghasb karna aib wa jurm hai lekin Allaah ki khaatir aur awaami masaa'ael wa musalmaanon ki ijtemaaei maslehaton ... ke peshe nazar apne haq se chashm poshi karna aib wa naqs nahi hai

  2. is waqt bhi aiysa hi hai, baaz logon ko jab oun ka haq nahi diya jaata hai to kisi maslehat ke peshe nazar kahte hain :


    "me ne khoda par chhod diya"...


    Amirul Momenin Ali (عليه السلام) ne bhi khoda ki khaatir aur awaam wa musalmaanon ki ijtemaaei maslehaton ke peshe nazar ahlebait ko fadak waapas nahi kiya


    beraadaraane sunni ke mash'hur wa maaruf aalim "Ibne Abil Hadid Sb" Nahjul Balaagha ke naama No 45 ki tashrih me likhte hain :


    ... لانه عليه السلام و اهله لم يسمحوا بفدك الا غصبا و قسرا ...


    "... Ali ( عليه السلام ) aur aap ke khaandaan ne fadak ko nahi chhoda magar ghasb aur jabr karne wa khelaafe marzi majbur karne ki wajah se ..."


    phir Hazrat Ali ( عليه السلام ) ne farmaaya :


    "behtarin daawar (judge) khoda hai"


    ye kalaam zulm ki shekaayat karne waale ka hai ..."


    (sharho nahjil balaagha jild 16 p 208 wa 209)


    Amirul Momenin Ali (عليه السلام) ne fadak ko waapas nahi kiya is ka matlab hargiz ye nahi hai ke aap ous ghaasebaana qabza par raazi the


  3. agar Hazrat Ali (عليه السلام) apne daure khelaafat me fadak ko lete ya lautaa'te to log aap par tohmat lagaa'te ke fadak lene ke liae khelaafat qabul ki, jab khelaafat mil gaei to fadak bani haashim ko waapas karna chaahte hain, zaati mafaad tha is liae khelaafat qabul ki

  4. aap ne qaumi wa ijtemaaei mafaadaat ko zaati mafaad par moqaddam rakha aur ous ko tarjih di
    is liae fadak waapas nahi kiya, haqiqi rahbar hamesha apne zaati mafaad par awaam ke mafaad ko moqaddam rakhta hai


  5. kholafa ne haalaat aetne kharaab kar diae the ke waapas lena mushkil ho gaya tha :

  6. kharaab aur wahshat naak haalaat ka sirf aek namuna aur misaal peshe khidmat hai :


    taraawih (تراویح) bela shubha khelaafe sunnat wa bid'at hai is liae ke ye namaaz daure Rasule Akram (صلى الله عليه و آله) me nahi thi dusre ye ke Rasule khoda (صلى الله عليه وآله) ne naafelah namaaz ko jamaa'at ke saath padhne se mana farmaaya hai lekin namaaze taraawih jamaa'at ke saath padhi jaati hai aur Umar ne sab se pahle taraawih ko baa jamaa'at padhne ka hukm diya ...


    sunniyon ke jaiy'yid (جیّد) aalime din Ibne Abil Hadid sb raqam taraaz hain :


    [Amirul Momenin Ali (عليه السلام) ke daure khelaafat me] kufe me log jama huae aur aap se kaha ke maahe ramzaan ka naafelah (taraawih) padhaane ke liae kisi shakhas ko imaam moqarrar karen to Amirul Momenin Ali (عليه السلام) ne oun ko roka aur bataaya ke ye khelaafe sunnat (bid'at) hai ... oun logon ne aap ki baat nahi maani. naafarmaani karte huae khud imaame jamaa'at ka intekhaab kar liya aur namaaze taraawih shoru kar di


    Amirul Momenin Ali (عليه السلام) ne apne farzand Imaam Hasan (عليه السلام) ko bheja taa'ke roken, aap jaiyse hi masjid ke darwaaze par pahunche aap ko dekh kar wo log sakht aawaaz se chikhne lage "واعمراه" (haae Umar yaani Umar ki sunnat ko khatm kar rahe hain)


    (sharho nahjil balaagha jild 12 p 283)


    Amirul Momenin Ali (عليه السلام) ka daur daakheli inteshaar se bhar'pur tha, molaaheza farmaaya ke Umar ki raa'aej kardah bid'at se roka gaya to hangaama kar diya aur maula ki baat nahi maani aur "waa Umraah" ka naara baland kiya


    agar fadak waapas karte to haae Abubakr, haae Umar, haae Usmaan ka naara baland kar ke mazid mushkelaat paida karte lehaaza kharaab haalaat ki wajah se aur khun kharaabe se bachne ke liae fadak waapas nahi liya


  7. zaalim aur mazlumah donon is dunya se chale gae is liae waapas nahi liya :

  8. Janaabe Abubasir ne Imaam saadiq (عليه السلام) se kaha ke Hazrat Ali (عليه السلام) ne khalifa banne ke baad fadak ko waapas keyon nahi liya to aap ne farmaaya :


    لِاَنَّ الظَّالِمَ وَالمَظلُومَةَ قَد كَانَا قَدِمَا عَلَى اللهِ عَزَّوَجَلَّ وَ اَثَابَ اللهُ المَظلُومَةَ وَ عَاقَبَ الظَّالِمَ ، فَكَرِهَ اَن يَستَرجِعَ شَیئاََ قَد عَاقَبَ اللہُ عَلَيهِ غَاصِبَهُ وَ اَثَابَ عَلَيهِ المَغصُوبَةَ


    " zaalim aur mazlumah donon ka inteqaal ho gaya aur khoda ne mazlumah ko ajr-o-sawaab ata kiya aur zaalim ko saza wa bure kaam ka badla de diya, Ali (عليه السلام) ko naa'pasand tha ke ous chiz ko lautaa'aen jis ke ghaasib ko khoda ne saza di aur maghsubah (jis ka haq ghasb kiya gaya) ko sawaab diya"

oupar zikr kiya huaa wo baaz asbaab hain jis ki wajah se fadak waapas nahi liya ya nahi lautaaya


is tarah ka sawaal karne waalon ko agar raahe haq ki talaash hai to jawaab dene ke liae khair maqdam hai warna ous par ye kahaawat "oulta chor kotwaal ko daante / الٹا چور کوتوال کو ڈانٹے " sau'fisad saadiq aati hai is liae ke kholafa ke kartut par sharmaane ... ke bajaa'ae tokne waale ko aankhen dekhaana hai


qur'aan majid pukaar pukaar kar kahta hai ke ambiya ki miraas oun ke waareson ko milti thi masalan "ورث سليمان داؤد" Hazrat Solaimaan paighambar Janaabe Daaoud paighambar ke waaris huae aur Janaabe Zakariya ne doa ki "ay allaah tu mujhe aek jaanashin ata farma jo mera waaris ho aur nasle Yaaqub ki miraas bhi paa'ae"


lekin Abubakr ne kaha Rasul ne farmaaya hai :


"hamaari miraas kisi ko nahi milti, ham ne jo chhoda wo sadqah hai"


sunni bhaaeiyon se mera sawaal hai keya qur'aan hakim ke khelaaf aiysi hadis ko maanna chaahiae ya diwaar par de maarna chaahiae ?


dusre ye ke agar Rasule khoda (صلى الله عليه وآله) ki miraas kisi ko nahi milti ... to phir Aa'aesha ke baap Abubakr aur Umar Rasule Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله) ke kenaare aur aap ki zamin me keyon dafn hain ?


zaujae Rasul (صلى الله عليه وآله) yaani Aa'aesha ko ... miraas mil sakti hai lekin Rasule khoda ki dokhtar (صلوات الله عليهم) ko nahi ? aakhir ye kaiysi "bul ajabi = بوالعجبى" hai !!!
