Salamun Alaikum


Fiqah-e-jaafariya me aise konse waqt hai jab namaaz padhna makrooh hai... aur ya un waqto par quraan ya koi aur zikr kar sakte hai... hamare sunni bhai kehte hai fajr aur asr ke farz ke baad koi bhi nawafil padhna mana hai... aur kuchh log ye bhi kehte hai zohar ke waqt se aadhe ghante pahle koi bhi namaaz padhna makrooh hai isse ye log zawwal kaa time bhi kahte hai... kya ye sach hai... aur wo makrooh waqt kitne time tak baaqi rahta hai iski wazaahat Kar den

ياصاحب الزمان ادركنا
عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته


pahle ye bata dun ke mustahabbi namaazon ko naafelah kahte hain aur ba'taure kulli naafele ki 2 qismen hain :


  1. Mubtade'ah (مُبتَدِئَہ) / ibtedaaei naafele :

  2. wo mustahabbi namaazen hain jin ka mustahab hona kisi khaas shar'ei dalil aur sabab se nahi hai yaani koei khaas hukm oun ke liae waarid nahi huaa hai aur oun ka koei khaas waqt bhi moay'yan nahi hai, 24 ghante ke andar jis waqt bhi chaahen padh sakte hain


    namaaz khoda ko pasand hai lehaaza sawaab ke taur par insaan jis waqt chaahe masalan 2 rak'at namaaz padh sakta hai
    ye namaaz rozaana ke naafelon ki tarah hamesha mustahab nahi hai aur na hi kisi khaas dalil aur sabab se mustahab hai balke namaaz ke masaadeeq me se hai is liae mustahab hai


    is ko ghair asbaab waali namaaz kahte hain


  3. Morat'tabah (مُرَتَّبَہ) naafele :

  4. is naafele ki 2 aqsaam hain :


    1. kisi khaas shar'ei dalil aur sabab se mustahab hai yaani jab sabab maujud hoga to namaaz mustahab hogi aur shari'at ne ous ke liae koei khaas waqt moay'yan nahi kiya hai (rozaana ke naafele ki tarah nahi hai)

    2. jaiyse namaaze haajat, namaaze zeyaarat, namaaze istekhaarah, namaaze shukr, namaaze tahiyate masjid aur namaaze baaraan (istisqa) ...


      talabe haajat, zeyaarat, istekhaarah aur shukr ... ke sabab se ye namaazen mustahab hain aur 24 ghante ke andar kisi waqt bhi talabe haajat kar sakte hain aur zeyaarat kar sakte hain ... isi tarah ye namaazen bhi padh sakte hain


      in namaazon ko istelaah me asbaab waali namaazen kahte hain


    3. kisi khaas shar'ei dalil se mustahab hai aur ous ka waqt wa taarikh shari'at ne moay'yan aur moqarrar kiya hai

    4. jaiyse ghair az roze jum'ah rozo shab ke majmua'an 34 rak'at naafele, makhsus dinon aur taarikhon me mustahabbi namaazen, namaaze eide ghadir, namaaze jaafar, namaaze rasule khoda, namaaze amirul momenin ali, namaaze faatemah zahra aur baqiyah maasumin (عليهم افضل الصلاة والسلام) ki namaazen ...


      foqahaa'ae shia ke mash'hur qaul aur nazar ke motaabiq darj zail 5 auqaat me pahli qism (mubtade'ah) ke naafele padhna makruh hai


      aur bena bar qaule mash'hur baaqi aqsaam ke naafele aur dusri qism (morattabah) ke naafelon ki qaza aur waajib namaazon ki qaza aur namaaze may'yit ... makruh nahi hai


      isi tarah darj zail 5 auqaat me se kisi waqt bhi naafelah padhne ki nazro mannat maani hai to makruh nahi hai (balke nazr ke motaabiq padhna waajib hai)


      5 auqaat :


      1. suraj ke nikalte waqt yahaan tak ke nikal kar baland ho jaa'ae

      2. suraj dubte waqt yahaan tak ke ghorub ho jaa'ae

      3. zohr ke qarib (zawaale aaftaab wa azaane zohr ke qarib) taa waqte zawaal yaani yahaan tak ke suraj dhal jaa'ae

      4. namaaze subh ke baad se tolu'ae aaftaab tak

      5. asr ki namaaz ke baad se suraj ke ghorub hone tak

mazkurah baala auqaat me qur'aan karim padhna, zikr karna, sajda'ae telaawat aur sajda'ae shukr karna ... makruh nahi hai balke behtar wa mustahab hai


(albatta jis ko ghusle janaabat ki zarurat hai ous ke liae 7 aayaton se zeyaadah padhna makruh hai aur haalate najaasat me waajib aayaate sajdah (aur baaz maraaje ke nazdik surah) ki telaawat karna haraam hai is ka auqaate khams [5] se koei ta'alluq nahi hai)


waazeh ho ke aebaadaat aur ghair aebaadaat me karaahat ke matlab me farq hai
aebaadat me karaahat ka matlab sawaab ka kam hona hai masalan agar koei amal 50 darje sawaab rakhta hai to 45 darje sawaab rakhe ga aur ghair aebaatad me matlab ye hai ke behtar hai ous ko anjaam na diya jaa'ae


Misaal :


halaal gosht jaanwar ka qalb khaana aebaadat nahi hai lehaaza agar kaha jaa'ae ke halaal gosht jaanwar ka qalb khaana makruh hai to is ka matlab huaa ous ko na khaana wa tark karna behtar hai


aur qur'aan majid padhna aebaadat hai aur mubtade'ah naafelah padhna aebaadat wa baa'aese sawaab hai lehaaza agar kaha jaa'ae ke haalate najaasat me 7 aayaton se zeyaadah padhna makruh hai ya 5 waqton me mubtade'ah naafelah padhna makruh hai to is ka matlab ye nahi hai ke ham bilkul na padhen balke na padhne se padhna behtar hai bas sawaab kam hai


waazeh hai ke in donon me farq hai


Sunni olama ke nazdik kin auqaat me namaaz padhna mamnu hai ?


sunni ketaabon me darj hadison ke motaabiq 3 auqaat (jab suraj tolu ho raha ho yahaan tak ke baland ho jaa'ae, jab suraj nisf aasmaan par ho yahaan tak ke wo dhal jaa'ae aur jis waqt suraj ghorub hona shoru ho jaa'ae yahaan tak ke suraj ghorub ho jaa'ae) me koei namaaz padhna jaa'aez nahi hai na farz na waajib na nafl na adaa na qaza aur na sajda'ae telaawat wa na sajda'ae sahw ...


sahih muslim waghairah me mazkurah mota'addid rewaayaat se momaana'at saabit karte hain


albatta bahot saare sunni olama is se mokhtalif raa'ae bhi rakhte hain


wo kahte hain mandarja baala ouqaat me haraam nahi hai balke jaa'aez hai aur baaz ne kaha hai hurmat ke omumi hukm se baaz nawaafil khaarij hain ...


aur baaz kahte hain 2 waqton (namaaze fajr ke baad se tolu'ae aaftaab tak aur asr ki namaaz ke baad se suraj ke ghorub hone tak) me sirf nafl namaaz padhna makruh hai ...


Sahih muslim me likha hai :


... و اجمعت الامة على كراهة صلاة لا سبب لها فى هذه الاوقات ...


" ... oummat ne is baat par ijma kiya hai ke in auqaat (mazkurah 3 auqaat) me jo asbaab waali namaazen nahi hain wo makruh hain ... "


(sahih muslim be sharhe nawawi ketaabus salaat jild 6 p 110 wa baad, baab al auqaatul lati naha anis'salaate fiha)


is aebaarat aur dusri aebaaraton aur hadis ki roshni me shia foqaha ke qaul ki taa'eid hoti hai


Haraam hone ki hikmat :


sunni ... ketaabon me ye bataa'ei ga'ei hai ke :


suraj parast kuffaar suraj ke tolu hone ke waqt khush aamdid ke taur par ous ka sajdah karte hain aur suraj ke ghorub hone ke waqt rokhsat karne ke taur par ouse sajdah karte hain


suraj parast kuffaar se moshaabahat na ho is liae haraam hai


Niche diae ga'ae jawaab ka padhna mofid hai انشاءالله
