Ghar me pale huae jaanwar ki qurbaani ka hukm

اردو میں پڑھنے کے لیۓ یہاں دبائیں


Sawaal az : mohtaram janaab Kashish Ibne Zahir Hussain Sb (Agra)


Ghar ke pala hua bakre ki qurbani maqrooh hoti hai na. Kisi Masoom ع ki hadees ka hawala mulahiza farmaye aap.


Jawaab :


باسمه تعالى
ياصاحب الزمان ادركنا
سلام عليكم


ji, makruh hai ke khud insaan aiyse jaanwar ki qurbaani apne haathon se kare ya ous ke gale par chhori phere jise paalaa posaa ho


Zail me is hawaale se sirf aek hadise mobaarakah zikr ki jaati hai


Mohammad Bin Fozail se rewaayat hai ke main ne Imaam Musa kaazim (عليه السلام) se arz kiya :


" جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ كَانَ عِنْدِي كَبْشٌ سَمَّنْتُهُ لِأُضَحِّيَ بِهِ فَلَمَّا أَخَذْتُهُ فَأَضْجَعْتُهُ نَظَرَ إِلَيَّ فَرَحِمْتُهُ وَ رَقَقْتُ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ إِنِّي ذَبَحْتُهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ لِي «مَا كُنْتُ أُحِبُّ لَكَ أَنْ تَفْعَلَ لاَ تُرَبِّيَنَّ شَيْئاً مِنْ هَذَا ثُمَّ تَذْبَحُهُ "


" main aap par qurbaan ho jaa'oun, mere paas mendhaa (dumbah) tha ous ko qurbaani ke liae mota wa farbah kiya (paalaa posaa) jab ous ko pakda, aur ous ko pahlu ke bal letaaya, ous ne meri taraf dekha to main ne ous par mehrbaani wa shafqat kiya aur ous ke saath narmi barta, phir main ne ous ko zabh kar diya


Fozail kahte hain Imaam (عليه السلام) ne mujh se farmaaya :


mujhe pasand nahi tha ke tum aiysa karte, aiysa nahi hona chaahiae ke kisi jaanwar ki parwarish karo phir ous ko zabh kar do"

is hadis ki sharh me Allaamah Majlesi (rahmatullah alaih) ne jo likha hai ous ka mokhtasar wazaahat ke saath tarjomah :


maaruf wa mash'hur qaul ye hai ke qurbaani me makruh hai, (yaani qurbaani ke jaanwaron ke mota'alliq ye hukm hai) lekin rewaayat ke aakheri alfaaz se hukme aam zaahir hai (yaani karaahat ghar ke tamaam paaltu jaanwaron ko shaamil hai khaah qurbaani ke hon ya kisi aur ; jaiyse aqiqah, nazro mannat aur khaane waghairah ke, karaahat ka hukm sab par lage ga)

waazeh rahe ke ghar me kisi bhi jaanwar ko paalaa jaa'ae, ous ki parwarish ki jaa'ae to maalik ko ous se aek khaas tarah ki ounsiyat ho jaati hai, ous se khaas lagaao ho jaata hai aur jaanwar bhi apne maalik se behad maanus ho jaate hain, aiyse jaanwar ke gale par apne haathon se chhori pherna aek qism ki berahmi samjhaa jaata hai aur basaa auqaat qasaawate qalb ka bhi baa'aes hai


shaayad is bena par makruh qaraar diya gaya hai yaani apne haathon se aiyse jaanwar (khaah bakra ho ya bhed ya ount waghairah) ki qurbaani na karna ya zabh na karna behtar hai
