keya jaanwar ki qurbaani karna oun par zulm hai ? | oun ke hoquq

Salam.. . hamare yahan baqra'eid ka jo fastival hai usme jo bakra zibha karte hain to ise hamaare hindu friends jaanwar par ek tarah ka zulm mante hain... mujhe ye puchna hai ke unhe kaise samjhaye ke ye zulm nahi hai...

عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته


aap oun hindu'on (ہندوؤں) se kahen bakra ... sirf musalmaan nahi kaat'te hain aur ghosht sirf musalmaan hi nahi khaate hain balke masihi wa yahudi ... bhi kaat'te aur khaate hain hatta hindu bhi khaate hain


khud haqir ke ghar me baaz taqribaat me hindu'on ka alag intezaam hota hai, khaane me ghosht nahi rahta ous ke baa'wojud wo oudhar nahi khaate hain balke ghosht waala hi khaana khaate hain kahte hain is me zeyaadah maza aata hai hatta barahman bhi ghosht khaate hain


agar farz kar len ke bakra ... zibh karna wa ghost khaana jaanwar par zulm hai to ye zulm duniya ki aksariyat karti hai khud hindu bhi karte hain lehaaza sirf musalmaanon par aeteraaz karna sahi nahi hai har roz shaadi beyaah waghairah me laakhon ki taadaad me jaanwar zibah kiae jaate hain


ya hindustaan me jo bade bade mazbah (مذبح) hain oun ke maalik hindu hain, dusre mulkon me ghosht saadir (export) karte hain ... oun par aeteraaz keyun nahi karte ?


Dusre ye ke :


jaanwar sirf bakra ... nahi hai parinde, murgh aur machhliyaan (مچھلیاں) ... bhi jaanwar hain oun ko kaatna wa khaana bhi zulm hai phir oun ko keyun kaat'te wa khaate hain ?


Tisre ye ke :


jaanwaron par berahmi se tajrobe kiae jaate hain ajib dardnaak manzar hota hai aur jaanwaron ko ladwaate ... hain wo shadid zakhmi bhi hote hain ya kida (کیڑا) maarne ki dawa se laakhon kidon ko halaak kar diya jaata hai ... in chizon par aeteraaz keyun nahi karte hain ?


Chauthe ye ke :


jo hindu aeteraaz karte hain wo sabzi ... khaana bhi chhod den is liae ke sabzi me bhi jaan hoti hai sabzi kaatna wa khaana sabzi par zulm hai


oun ko jaanwaron ke hoquq ka aetna khayaal hai lekin baaz hindu'on ke zariae begunaah insaanon ko ghair insaasni wa wahshiyaana tariqe se maara jaa raha hai ous par aeteraaz keyun nahi karte ?


sirf jaanwar ki qurbaani ke ta'alluq se manfi soch wa aeteraaz lamhae fikriyaah (لمحہ فکریہ) hai !


moqaddas deen islaam khosusan shia fiqh aur Ahlebaite ismaato tahaarat (عليهم السلام) ke nazdik insaanon ki tarah jaanwaron ke bhi hoquq hain sirf chand hoquq ba'taure misaal bayaan kiae jaa rahe hain molaaheza farmaa'aen :


  1. waaje bun nafqah hain :

  2. yaani agar jaanwar paaltu hai to ous ke khaane, pine, monaasib rehaa'eish waghairah ka intezaam karna insaan par waajib hai


  3. agar dudh duhana (nikaalna) ous ke liae noqsaan deh hai to dudh na duhen

  4. jo dudh duhta hai ous ke liae mustahab hai ke naakhun chhote kar le taake duhte waqt jaanwar ko aziyat na ho

  5. agar paani aetna kam hai ke ous se sirf wozu kar sakte hain lekin koei jaanwar hatta kutta peyaasa hai to ous ko saiyraab karen aur tay'yammum se namaaz padhen

  6. agar koei shar'ei masaafat ke motaabiq safar kare lekin ous ka maqsad be'dalil wa tafrih ke taur par shekaar karna ho to aiysa insaan namaaz puri padhe ga aur ous par roza bhi waajib hai

  7. raat me shekaar karna aur aashiyaana se nikaal kar zibh karna makruh hai is liae ke Allaah ne raat ko baa'aese sokun banaaya hai

  8. naahaq agar koei kisi jaanwar ko maar daale to roze qeyaamat wo qaatil ki shekaayat kare ga

  9. (haiywaanaat ke hoquq se mota'alliq baaz tafsilaat ke liae nahjul balaagha naamaa No 25 padh len)


shak'ko shubha eijaad kiya jaata hai ke jab jaanwaron ke aetne hoquq bayaan kiae ga'ae hain to phir zibh keyun karte hain ? aur ous ka shekaar keyaun karte hain ? ye jaanwaron ke hoquq ki khelaaf warzi hai, aap ke hindu dost ke ba'qaul jaanwaron par zulm hai


is ka jawaab bahot tafsili hai aekhtesaar ke peshe nazar sirf 2 jawaab molaaheza farmaa'aen :


  1. ghosht bhi insaani khoraak ka aham juzv (جزو) hai, hamaare jism wa badan ko ghosht ki zarurat hoti hai masalan is se khun banta hai is se jism ko protein, iron, vitamins - B waghairah haasil hoti hai

  2. jo ke aek sehatmand jism ke liae zaruri hai mazid ye ke haml ke dauraan bhi protein ki zarurat hoti hai isi liae baaz bimaar wa haamelaah auraton ko doctor ghosht khaane ke liae kahte hain


    momkin hai baaz sabzi khaane waale afraad (vegetarians) is haqiqat se inkaar karen lekin tibbi aetebaar se is ke fawaa'aed saabit shuda hain


    lehaaza bakre ... ka ghosht khaana bakre par zulm nahi hai oun ke hoquq ki khelaaf warzi nahi hai


    agar oun par zulm hai to phir machhli, murgh aur sabzi waghairah bhi khaana chhod (چھوڑ) dena chaa'hiae is liae ke is me bhi jaan hai jab machhli ko paani se nikaalte hain to kis tarah tarapti hai ...? wahaan jaanwaron ke hoquq nazar nahi aate !


  3. khoda ne jaanwaron ko insaanon ke liae paiyda kiya hai, ye aek aiysi haqiqat hai jis se koei bhi aaqil insaan inkaar nahi kar sakta hai, chaupaa'ae (چوپائے) insaan ke liae mosakh'khar hain yaani oun ki gharaze takhliq insaan hai, koei bhi insaan chaaupaa'on (چوپاؤں) se be neyaaz nahi hai is baat ki taraf mokhtalif aayaat wa rewaayaat me aeshaara huaa hai

  4. masalan surah ghaafir 79 me hai :


    "Allaah hi hai jis ne tumhaare liae chaupaa'ae banaa'ae taake oun me se baaz par sawaari karo aur baaz ka ghosht khaao"


    khoda chaahata hai ke ous ki makhluq kamaal tak pahunche, khilqat ka hadaf, aafarinesh (آفرینش) ke kamaal tak pahunchna hai


    jaanwar ka kamaal insaan ki khidmat hai is ko insaanon ke liae paiyda kiya hai


    lehaaza insaan is se istefaada kare is ka ghosht khaa'ae ye jaanwaron ka kamaal wa balandi hai


aap apne hindu dost se puchhen phal wa mewe masalan seb waghairah khoda ne kis liae paiyda kiya hai ? khilqat ka maqsad wa hadaf keya hai ?


samajhdaar hindu zarur kahe ga insaanon ke liae paiyda kiya hai


phir oun se dusra sawaal karen mewah wa seb waghairah kharaab ho jaa'ae, sad (سڑ) jaa'ae, zamin par gir kar khaak me mil jaa'ae ye behtar hai ya insaan ous ko khaa'ae ye behtar hai ?


samajhdaar hindu is ka jawaab bhi dega ke sadne se behtar hai ke insaan khaa le


phir tisra sawaal karen mewe wa seb waghairah ka kamaal ye hai ke kharaab ho jaa'ae sad jaa'ae ... ya insaan nosh farmaa'ae ?


padha likha aur aaqil insaan is ka jawaab yahi dega ke mewah wa seb waghairah ko paiyda karne ka maqsad wa hadaf ye hai ke insaan ous ko khaa'ae jab insaan ous ko khaa lega to gharaze khilqat puri ho gaei, yahi mewah wa seb waghairah ka kamaal hai is liae ke is ki khilqat ka maqsad pura ho gaya


isi tarah jaanwar wa jaanwar ka ghosht hai khoda ne jaanwaron ko insaanon ke liae paiyda kiya hai jab insaan is ka ghosht khaa le to khilqat ka maqsad pura ho gaya ye jaanwar ki zindagi ka kamaal wa irteqa hai is liae ke mar jaane wa sad jaane aur murdaar hone se behtar hai ke insaan is ke ghosht se istefaada kare


murdaar hona wa sad jaana jaanwar ka kamaal nahi hai


lehaaza jaanwaron ko zibah karna aur ous ka ghosht khaana ous par zulm nahi hai aur na hi oun ke hoquq ki khelaaf warzi hai


aek baat mazid qaabile tawajjoh hai wo ye hai ke tasawwur (تصور) karen agar jaanwaron ko zibah na kiya jaa'ae aur oun ka ghosht na khaaya jaa'ae to keya hoga ? gali, kuche, sadak ... har taraf jaanwar hi jaanwar nazar aa'aen ge zindagi ka nezaam mukhtal ho jaa'ae ga


moqaddas deen islaam me jaanwaron ke zibah ke baare me jin jin baaton ka khayaal rakha jaata hai wo sang dili aur berahmi ke bar'aks hai masalan jaanwar ko tez dhaar aale se zibh kiya jaa'ae, ouse taklif na di jaa'ae, zibh karne se pahle ouse paani pilaaya jaa'ae aur mokammal taur par jaan nikal jaane se pahle ous ke aaza nahi kaatne chaahi'aen ...


haasile kalaam ye ke zab'h ke tariqe se mota'alliq islaam ka jo dastur wa taalimaat hain ous se jaanwar ko taklif bahot kam hoti hai, jawaab tulaani ho gaya warna is baat ko bhi dalilon se saabit karta


bahar'kaif (بہر کیف) shar'ei tariqe se zab'h karna jaanwar par zulm nahi hai aur na hi ous ke hoquq ki paa'maali hai


is ta'alluq se faiysala sirf jazbaat wa aehsaasaat se na karen balke aql se bhi karen tab samajh me aa'ae ga


Note :


zaruri hai ke apni oumr, sinf aur sehat ke motaabiq ghosht ka aetedaal me istemaal kiya jaa'ae zeyaadah istemaal mokhtalif bimaariyon ka baa'aes ban sakta hai


khosusan eid ke mauqe par ghosht khaane me be'aehteyaati se bachen, ghosht khaane me be'aehteyaati baratne ki wajah se tibbi hawaale se mokhtalif qism ke masaa'ael ka saamna ho sakta hai


aek rewaayat ke motaabiq Hazrat Ali (علیہ السلام) ghosht bohot kam khaate the aur farmaaya :


لَا تَجعَلُوا بُطُونَکُم مَقَابِرَ الحَیوَان


"... apne pet ko haiywaan ki qabren na banaao ..."
