Janab salamun Alaykum


Mera Sawaal oumra'ae mufradah ke hawaale se hai.
ledise ke liye oumra'ae mufradah ke kya kya ahkaamaat hai
aur agar chhoti bachchi hai jaise ke 9 saal se kam umr ki to uspe kya ahkaamaat hai.
9 saal se bari hai to kya usko niyat waajib ki karni hogi.


Allah aap ko Salamat Rakhe.

عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته


oumra'ae mufradah ke mota'alliq jo ahkaam wa sharaa'aet mardon ke liae hain wahi auraton ke liae bhi hain albatta baaz jag'hon par ahkaam me kuchh farq hai oun me se baaz mohim maqaamaat wa ahkaam ye hain :


  1. Mahall-e-aehraam :

  2. agar aurat ko maahwaari (ماہواری) aa rahi hai ya khune nefaas ya khune istehaaza aa raha hai to masjid wa miqaat me aehraam baandhne ke hawaale se makhsus ahkaamaat hain


    is liae ke is haalat me aehraam baandh sakti hain lekin masjid me nahi ruk sakti hai


    (yahaan bahot saari tafsilaat hain Aayatulla Sistaani ki ketaab "manaasik-e-haj" me dekh len)


  3. Aehraam ka lebaas :

  4. auraten sile kapde ya aam lebaas ko aehraam ke taur par istemaal kar sakti hain


    yaani ous ne jo lebaas pahna huaa ho wo ousi me sharaa'aet ke motaabiq aehraam ki niyat kar sakti hain, aurat ke liae aehraam ka koei makhsus lebaas nahi hai


  5. Talbiyah (labbaik... kahna) :

  6. baland aawaaz se na kahe is tarah kahe ke khud sune
    albatta agar baland aawaaz se is tarah kahe ke ous ki aawaaz naa mahram sune to amal (oumra'ae mufradah) baatil nahi hoga


  7. Moharremaate aehraam (aehraam me 25 chizen haraam hain ous se mana kiya gaya hai)

  8. mard sar nahi dhaak sakte hain lekin auraten sar wa pair dhaak sakti hain


    masalan sar par kapda daal sakti hain aur moze aur aiyse jute bhi pahen sakti hain jis se pura pair dhak jaata hai
    albatta agar naa mahram dekhe to dhaakna waajib hai


    zere saaya bhi jaa sakti hain lehaaza chhat'daar gaadi (گاڑی) se makkah ja sakti hain


  9. Tawaaf wa namaaz-e-tawaaf :

  10. ye amal bhi mardon ki tarah anjaam den
    lekin maahwaari (ماہواری), nefaas aur istehaaza ki haalat me tafsili ahkaam hain


  11. Haalate aehraam me chehra wa kalaaei se oungli tak haath khula rakhe

  12. (yaani aehraam me neqaab ... aur dastaana na pahne)


  13. Saei me harwalah (هروله = beghair daude tez chalna) auraton ke liae mustahab nahi hai

  14. Oumra'ae mufradah ya oumra'ae tamat'to me sar nahi mund (مونڈ) sakti hain balke sirf taqsir karen yaani mokhtasar apne baal wa naakhun kaaten

  15. agar ladki 9 saal ki hai to sharaa'aet wa ahkaam ke motaabiq apne tamaam aamaal tawaafe nesa samet khud baja laa'ae
    agar oumra'ae mufradah ous par waajib hai to waajib ki niyat kare agar mustahab hai to mustahab ki niyat kare


    agar 9 saal se kam hai tab bhi saare ahkaamaat aur aamaal tawaafe nesa samet wali ki negraani me baja laa'ae
    agar nahi jaanti hai to wo batata rahe aur ye anjaam deti rahe


    agar bahot chhoti hai bataane ke baad bhi aamaal ko anjaam nahi de sakti hai
    to is surat me mustahab hai ke wali ous ko aehraam baandhe aur is tarah niyat kare ke is ko aehraam baandhta hun oumra'ae mufradah ka
    baaqi aamaal bach'chi ke ham raah (saath) wali khud anjaam de


Note :


  1. yahaan wali se moraad wo shakhs hai jis ko sarparasti karne ka haq haasil hai, chaahe baap ho ya maa ya in ke aelaawah koei aur

  2. badi ho ya chhoti agar tawaafe nesa nahi kiya hai to shaadi (aqd) karna sahi hai lekin ous waqt tak jinsi faa'aedaah nahi outha sakti hain jab tak tawaafe nesa na kar len

  3. agar badan ke liae noqsaan'deh wa zarar na ho to haj ya oumrah ya moqaddas maqaamaat ki zeyaarat ke darmeyaan maahwaari rokne ke liae dawa, goliyaan (tablets), lnjection ya is ke maanind chizon ka istemaal kar sakti hain albatta rokna zaruri wa waajib nahi hai

  4. aap ke sawaalon ka jawaab bahot tafsili hai lehaaza aayatullaah ki ketaab " manaasik-e-haj " zarur padh len
