Taraawih Nabi ki sunnat ya Umar ki bid'at ?

Taraweeh apne log me kyu nahi hai ?


Jawaab :


باسمه تعالی
یا صاحب الزمان ادکنا
علیکم السلام و رحمة الله و برکاته


Mokhtasar jawaab :


is liae ke Maahe Ramzaan ki raaton me waarid naafele ki hazaar (1000) rak'aat aur sunniyon ke nazdik taqriban 600 rak'aat ko jamaa'at ke saath padhna haraam aur bid'at hai aur har bid'at gumraahi hai aur har gumraahi jahannam me le jaane waali hai


shia Rasule Khoda (صلی الله علیه و آله) ki sunnat par amal karte hain, aap ne namaaze taraawih jamaa'at se nahi padhi is liae ham bhi nahi padhte hain


Imaam Reza (علیه السلام) ka irshaade geraami hai :


" ... لَا يَجُوزُ التَّرَاوِيح فِى جَماعَةِِ ... "


" ... jamaa'at ke saath taraawih jaa'aez nahi hai ... "

Qadre tafsili jawaab :


tamaam sunniyon ka ittefaaq hai ke namaaze taraawih naafelah hai farz nahi
ye namaaz Ramzaanul Mobaarak ki raaton me omuman jamaa'at ke saath padhi jaati hai


"Taraawih" jama hai, is ka waahid "tarwihah" hai jis ka maani aaraam wa raahat lene ke hain


Taraawih is liae kahte hain ke sunni hazaraat har 4 rak'at ke baad aaraam karte hain


sunniyon ki motabar ketaabon se saabit hai ke Nabiye Akram (صلی الله علیه و آله) ki hayaat me aur Abu Bakr ke daure hokumat aur Omar (Umar) ke ibtedaa'ei daure hokumat me namaaze taraawih jamaa'at ke saath aek martabah bhi ada nahi huei


is amr me koei shub'ha nahi, taarikh, sirat aur ahaadees me is baat ka tazkerah hai, aekhtesaar ke peshe nazar hadees aur tafsil nazar andaaz kar di hai


jin rewaayaton me mazkur hai ke Rasule Khoda aur Amirul Momenin Ali (صلوات الله و سلامه علیهم) ne namaaze taraawih jamaa'at ke saath padhi yaa is ki taa'eid ki wo sab man'ghadat, jaali aur za'eif rewaayaten hain yaa is hawaale se saraahatan bayaan nahi kiya gaya hai


sunniyon ki taqriban tamaam ketaabon me saraahat ke saath likha hai ke Omar pahle shakhs hain jinhon ne jamaa'at ke saath taraawih padhne ka hukm diya lehaaza Rasule Khoda (صلی الله علیه و آله) ki taraf is ki nisbat dena safed jhut hai


sunni mohaddeseen aur olamaa ne is haqiqat ka aeteraaf kiya hai aur khud sunni ketaabon se saabit hai ke Rasule Khoda (صلی الله علیه و آله) ne namaaze taraawih jamaa'at se nahi padhi aur sunniyon ke chauthe khalifa Hazrat Ali (علیه السلام) ne is se mana kiya tha


kaha gaya hai ke Rasule Khoda (صلی الله علیه و آله) ke baad Abu Bakr ke daure khelaafat me fitnon ki kasrat aur muddate khelaafat ki qillat ki bena par is ke qeyaam ka mauqa na mil saka


ye badi ajeeb taujih hai, ghasbe khelaafat wa fadak aur dokhtare Rasule Khoda Hazrat Faatemah Zahra (سلام الله علیهم) ke ghar ko nazre aatish karne aur aap ko shahid karne ... ka mauqa tha lekin taraawih ke qeyaam ka mauqa na mil saka !!!


is bid'at ko Omar ne eijaad kiya, ye baat suraj ki roshni ki tarah mohaddeseen wa akaabire sunni ne taslim ki hai lehaaza is haqiqat ka inkaar karna hat'dharmi hai


Is ka aeteraaf khud Omar ne bhi kiya hai. Omar ne kaha :


" نِعمَتِ البِدعَةُ هَذِه "


"ye (baa'jamaa'at namaaze taraawih) ach'chhi bid'at hai"

Omar ke is qaul ke mota'alliq chand baaten intehaaei aekhtesaar ke saath nazre qaare'ein kar dun :


  1. Omar ke is qaul se saabit hai ke namaaze taraawih baa'jamaa'at padhne ka hukm Rasule Khoda (صلی الله علیه و آله) ne nahi diya aur baa'jamaa'at nahi padhaaei, agar diya hota yaa padhaaei hoti to Omar ise bid'at na kahte balke sunnat kahte

  2. bid'at kahne ka matlab ye hai ke ye nau eijaad hai jo ahde nabawi me nahi thi


  3. ach'chhi aur buri bid'at ki taqsim bhi min'jumla bid'at me se hai, ye taqsim man'ghadat hai jis par koei dalil dalaalat nahi karti

  4. ach'chhi bid'at koei chiz nahi, bid'at hamesha buri aur zalaalat hi hoti hai


  5. Omar ka ye qaul nas'se nabawi ke mokhaalif aur nas ke moqaabil eijtehaad hai is liae ke Rasule Khoda (صلی الله علیه و آله) ne farmaaya :

  6. " كُلُّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلاَلَةٌ وَ كُلُّ ضَلاَلَةٍ فِي اَلنَّارِ "


    "har bid'at gumraahi hai aur har gumraahi ka thekaana jahannam hai"

    Nabiye Karim (صلی الله علیه و آله) ki ye hadis bilkul aam hai, is me kisi qism ka eistisna nahi kiya gaya hai, aap ne tamaam bid'aton par gumraahi ka hukm lagaaya hai lehaaza is omum ke khelaaf Omar ke qaul ko dalil nahi banaaya jaa sakta


  7. baaz sunni olamaa wa mufti is hadis ki taawil wa taujih is tarah karte hain ke bid'ate shar'ei wa deeni moraad nahi hai balke is ke loghawi maani (har naei chiz) moraad hai

  8. lehaaza Omar ne deen me eijaad nahi kiya, ye ketni ahmaaqaana aur bachchagaana baat hai. Omar ne apni taraf se kaha ke taraawih jamaa'at ke saath padho. keya ye apni taraf se deen me aezaafa karna nahi huaa ?


    Rasule Khoda (صلی الله علیه و آله) ki taraf se na qaulan, na felan, na saraahatan, na aeshaaratan jamaa'at ke saath taraawih padhne ka hukm hai


    is ko deeni rang de kar Omar ne deen me shaamil kar diya


  9. Omar ne bid'at ko 2 khaano (ach'chhi bid'at aur buri bid'at) me taqsim kar ke har gunaah aur maasiyat ka darwaazah khol diya hai, is ke baad kisi ko ous par aeteraaz karne ka haq nahi

  10. har aek deen me aezaafa kar ke kah sakta hai ye ach'chhi bid'at hai


    masalan agar ham chor se puchhen ke tum ne chori keyon ki ? to wo kah sakta hai chori ki 2 qism hain ; haraam chori aur jaa'aez chori. aur ye meri halaal chori hai is liae ke baal bach'chon ka kharch chalaane ke liae ki hai


    isi tarah agar zaani se puchha jaa'ae ke tum ne zena keyon kiya ? to wo kah sakta hai zena ki 2 qismen hain ; haraam aur jaa'aez. mai ne jaa'aez zena kiya hai. zena'kaar ka istidlaal masalan ye ho sakta hai ke mai ne apni tafrih wa taskin ke liae zena kiya hai


    chori wa zena me haraamo halaal nahi hai, wo sab haraam hain, is me koei bhi jaa'aez wa halaal nahi hai


    bid'at bhi isi tarah hai, wo sab ki sab buri aur gumraahi hain, ous me koei bhi ach'chhi aur hedaayat nahi hai


  11. agar farz kar len kisi rewaayat me ho ke namaaze taraawih jamaa'at ke saath padhna chaahiae to wo rewaayat mota'addid oun rewaayaat ke mo'aariz wa mokhaalif hai jis me gharon me naafele aur sunnati namaazen padhne ki targhib aur ous ki fazilat bayaan ki gaei hai

  12. baaz sunni foqaha jaiyse Maaleki aur Shaafe'ei waghairah ke nazdik afzal ye hai ke namaaze taraawih masjid wa jamaa'at ke ba'jaa'ae ghar me aur foraada padhi jaa'ae


  13. agar ach'chhi bid'at hai to khud Omar, Abu Bakr, Ousmaan aur inke farzandon aur sahaaba ne jamaa'at ke saath ye namaaz keyon nahi padhi ?

  14. Molaaheza farmaa'aen :


    Raawi kahta hai : ham ne nahi suna ke Omar aur Ousmaan, Ramzaan me logon ke saath masjid me taraawih padhte the

    sunniyon ke bahot bade aalim, mohaddis aur Bokhaari, Muslim, Ibne Maaja wa Ahmad Bin Hanbal ke ostaad, Ibne Abi Shaybah ne apni mash'huro maaruf ketaab "Al-mosannaf" me "Man Kaana Laa Yaqumo Ma'an Naas Fi Ramazaan" ka aek baab qaa'aem kiya hai, ous ke tehat mota'addid aiysi rewaayaat ka tazkerah kiya hai jis me oun logon ke naam likhe hain jo namaaze taraawih jamaa'at ke saath nahi padhte the, na padhne waalon me khud Omar ke bete Abdullaah ka naam bhi likha hai, wo kabhi bhi jamaa'at se taraawih nahi padhte the

    Is ke baad hadis number 7715 me jo likha hai wo dil'chasp hai, molaaheza farmaa'aen :


    aek shakhs ne Abdullaah Bin Omar se puchha ke keya mai maahe ramzaan me jamaa'at ke saath taraawih padhun ? to Omar ke bete Abdullaah ne kaha :


    " تُنصِتُ کَاَنَّكَ حِمَار "


    "tum khaamoshi se aiyse sunna chaahte ho jaiyse tum gadha ho"

    shaayaane zikr hai ke is hadis me jamaa'at ke saath taraawih padhne waale ko kisi aur jaanwar ke ba'jaa'ae gadhe se tashbih di hai


Kholaasa'ae kalaam :


jamaa'at ke saath taraawih padhna Omar ki bid'at hai, sunnate Rasule Khoda (صلی الله علیه و آله) nahi lehaaza taraawih padhne waalon ko mera mashwera hai ke wo apne ko "Ahle Sunnate Rasul" kahne ke ba'jaa'ae "Ahle Sunnate Omar" kahen


aur oun se aek sawaal ye hai ke agar jamaa'at ke saath taraawih padhna ach'chhi bid'at hai to (na'ouzo billaah) keya ye baat Hozur (صلی الله علیه و آله) ki samjh yaa fikr me nahi aa'ei lekin Omar ki samjh me aa gaei is liae ise shari'at ka hissa bana diya ?
