- Janab agar murda janwar ko haath laga le to gusl wajib ho jata hai ?
- aur insan murde ka chhune se gusl wajib q hota hai ?

سلام عليكم
- waajib nahi hai. fiqh me murdaar haiywaanaat (حیوانات) ko mas wa lams karne par ghusl naam ki koei chiz nahi hai.
- is sawaal ka shaayad maqsad ye hai ke insaan ashrafe makhluqaat (اشرف المخلوقات) yaani kul makhluqaat me sab se afzal wa aala hai is ke baa'wojud marne ke baad is ko ghusl dena waajib hai lekin murdah haiywaan ko nahi diya jaata hai
- ghusle masse maiy'yit ka khud maiy'yit ke ghusl se qaribi wa nazdiki rabt hai is liae ke jaiyse hi maiy'yit ko ghusl de diya, chhune se ghusle masse maiy'yit waajib nahi hai
- aaludgi aur bimaari se hefaazat wa bachaao :
- maiy'yit ka aehteraam wa aekraam :
dusre ye ke sard ho jaane ke baad aur ghusl se pahle murda insaan ko mas wa lams kare to ghusle masse maiy'yit waajib hai lekin murdaar haiywaanaat ko chhune se ghusl nahi hai
Sab se pahle ye bata dun ke murdah insaan ko ghusl dene ka hukm Khoda ne diya hai aur is ko mas wa lams karne ke baad ghusle masse maiy'yit ka hukm bhi Khoda ne hi diya hai, ham musalmaan hain lehaaza is ke hukm ke moqaabil sar'taslim kham karen
ma'aaz allah aaya Khoda aur Maasumin (صلوات الله عليهم) aek doctor se bhi kam hain ? ous ki har baat to ham beghaiyr chun wa chara maan lete hain !
Hikmat wa falsafe :
ghusle masse maiy'yit ki baaz hikmaton, faa'aede aur asraaro romuz ko ham apni aql se samajh sakte hain lekin asli hikmat aur tamaam hikmaton ko nahi samajh sakte hain, is liae ke khud insaan aur is ka ilm mahdud hai , asli wa tamaam hikmaton ko samajhne se aajiz hai
bahar haal rewaayaat me baaz hikmaton ki taraf aeshaara huaa hai molaaheza farmaa'aen :
dono ghusl (ghusle maiy'yit wa masse maiy'yit) ki eillat wa hikmat ke baare me Imaame Taqi (عليه السلام) se sawaal huaa to aap ne farmaaya :
"يُغَسَّلُ الْمَيِّتُ لِأَنَّهُ جُنُبٌ وَ لِتَلَاقِيهِ الْمَلَائِكَةَ وَ هُوَ طَاهِرٌ وَ كَذَلِكَ الْغَاسِلُ لِتَلَاقِيهِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ"
Tarjomah wa mafhum :
murde ko ghusl diya jaata hai keyon ke wo jonub (haalate janaabat me) hai aur farishton se molaaqaat karta hai lehaaza paako paakizah ho aur ousi tarah ghusl dene waala momenin se molaaqaat karta hai lehaaza oun se baa tahaarat mile

is ke aelaawah bhi rewaayaat me is baat ki taraf aeshaara huaa hai masalan ye rewaayat
Imaam Sajjaad (عليه السلام) ne farmayaa :
"إِنَّ اَلْمَخْلُوقَ لاَ يَمُوتُ حَتَّى تَخْرُجَ مِنْهُ اَلنُّطْفَةُ اَلَّتِي خُلِقَ مِنْهَا ..."
Tarjomah wa mafhum :
Aadmi nahi marta hai magar ye ke jis nutfah (mani) se payda huaa hai wo ous se ... khaarij ho
(Foruae kaafi - jild 3 - p 163 - ketaabul janaa'aez)
aek dusri rewaayat me ghusle may'yit aur ghusle mas'se may'yit ki eillat is tarah bayaan ki gaei hai :
"insaan maut ke baad khoda, farishton aur ahle aakherat se molaaqaat karta hai lehaaza mustahab ye hai ke khoda aur ahle aakherat ka didaar karte waqt baa tahaarat ho aur ghusl dene ya mas karne waala bhi baa tahaarat khoda ki taraf motawajjeh ho aur momenin se mile ..."
Waazeh rahe ke ye aek tafsili bahas hai ke khoda, malaa'aekah aur ahle aakherat ka didaar jismaani nahi balke ruhaani hai, ghusl se baateni aur ruhaani tahaarat haasil hoti hai
Hayaat me bhi aiysa hi hai, wozu ya ghusl baateni tahaarat ka baa'aes hai
Yahaan ye baat bhi arz kar dun ke marte waqt nutfa kaarij hota hai (Aadmi mohtalim hota hai) is se moraad keya hai ? aur is hawaale se jadid olum ki daryaaft wa inkeshaafaat keya hain ? ye tafsili bahs hai
bahar'kaif ghusl ki aek hikmat ye huei ke farishton ke didaar ke liae murdah naa'paaki se paak ho aur ghusl dene waala momenin se molaaqaat kare ga lehaaza ye bhi ghusle masse maiy'yit kar ke paak ho jaa'ae
badan se ruh nikalne ke baad defaaei quwat bhi khatm ho jaati hai lehaaza aazaa'ae badan (اعضاءبدن) par gandagi, jaraasim aur microbe ka hojum hota hai
qaribi rishtedaar, dost wa ahbaab aur ghar waalon ko furqat ka gham aiysa hota hai ke maiy'yit se lipat'te hain, aaghosh me lete hain ... ye fitri amr hai
islaam is par paabandi nahi laga sakta hai is liae ke maiy'yit ke ghar waalon ... ke aehsesaat wa mohabbat aur lagaao ka kheyaal hai
dusri taraf in ko jaraasim wa bimaari se bachaana bhi hai is liae ke murde ki gandagi wa jaraasim muntaqil hote hain, saraayat karte hain is se bimaariyaan paiyda hoti hain lehaaza ghusle masse maiy'yit ka hukm diya gaya hai. is ki wajah se log dar se maiy'yit ke qarib nahi jaa'aen ge, jaane se parhez karen ge ke ghusl karna padega
aur jin logon ne chhu liya wo ghusl kar ke khud ko paak wa saaf karen taake bimaariyon se mahfuz rah saken
Imaam Reza (عليه السلام) se manqul aur mauzu (ghusle may'yit aur ghusle mas'se may'yit ki eillat) se marbut tafsili rewaayat ka aek hissa molaaheza farmaa len :
Tarjomah wa mafhum :
jis ne may'yit ko ghusl diya ya mas kiya to ous ke ghusl karne ki eillat waazeh aur raushan hai
"لِما أصابَهُ مِن نَضحِ المَيِّتِ ؛ لأنَّ المَيِّتَ إذا خَرَجَتِ الرُّوحُ مِنهُ بَقِيَ أكثَرُ آفَتِهِ ، فلذلك يُتَطَهَّرُ مِنهُ و يُطَهَّرُ ..."
"keyon ke may'yit ke jism par jo paani daala jaata hai ous ki chhinten ghas'saal (ghusl dene waale) ke jism par padti hain aur jab may'yit ke badan se ruh nikal jaati hai to bahot saari aafaten wa aalud'giyaan ous par baaqi rah jaati hain is ke sabab may'yit ko paakizah karna chaahiae aur khud ko bhi (may'yit se lagne waali aaludgi wa jaraasim se) paakizah kar lena chaahiae ..."

isi liae kaha gaya hai ke jab maiy'yit garm hai ya ghusl de diya gaya hai to mas karne par ghusl nahi hai, is liae ke sard hone ke pahle ruh ka asar baaqi rahta hai. maiy'yit par jaraasim nahi rahte hain agar hain bhi to asar guzaar nahi hain
aur ghusl de diya to saare jaraasim wa microbe kaafur, aabe sidr waghairah se mar jaate hain dar haqiqat ye ghusl jaraasim kush hai is se jaraasim halaak ho jaate hain
ghusl ke baad jaldi dafn karne ki aek hikmat ye ho sakti hai ke ghusl ka asar khatm hone ke baad dobaara jaraasim oubhar sakte hain aur maiy'yit kharaab bhi ho sakti hai
yahaan zehan me ye sawaal aa sakta hai ke murdaar haiywaanaat ke jism par bhi gandagi aur jaraasim ... rahte hain phir ous ko mas karne ke baad ghusl keyon nahi hai ?
pahle ye arz kar dun ke murdaar jaanwar ko chhune ke baad bhi haath waghairah dhone ke liae kaha gaya hai
dusre ye ke haiywaan ke marne ke baad ouse aaghosh me nahi lete hain , bosa nahi deta hai ...
teesre ye ke ghusle maiy'yit aur masse maiy'yit ki jo eillat bayaan ki gaei hai wo murda jaanwar ke ta'alluq se taqriban be'maana hai
mokhtasar ye ke ous ko chhune ki khaahish wa raghbat nahi rakhte hain
mohabbat wa gham me ya rokhsat karne ke liae insaan ki maiy'yit ke paas log aate hain
is ke peshe nazar ghusl ka hukm diya gaya hai
islaam me maiy'yit ka aek khaas aehteraam hai, baade marg aam taur par bu aati hai, najaasat kharij hoti hai ...
khoda nahi chaahta hai ke ghusl dene waalon ke aelaawah koei is haalat me maiy'yit ko dekhe, baaz murdon ki haalat to naa'gufta'beh bhi ho jaati hai
lehaaza jab ghusl de diya gaya, maiy'yit kaafur waghairah ke zariae khushbudaar (خوشبودار) ho gaei tab log qarib aa'aen bosa len aaghosh me len ...
NOTE :
- ghusle maiy'yit wa ghusle masse maiy'yit ki baaz hikmaton ki taraf sirf aeshara kiya gaya hai. kaamil wa asl hikmat wa falsafe ka ilm Khoda ko hai ya Maasumin (صلوات الله عليهم) ko hai
- baade shahaadat Maasumin (عليهم السلام) ke paak badane mobaarak ko aur wo shahid jo maiydaane jang me shahid huaa mas karne se ghusle masse maiy'yit nahi hai
