  2. mujhe ous me "Coronavirus" ke aelaawah koei naei baat nahi mili


    is ta'alluq se Aayatullaah Sistaani samet taqriban tamaam maraaje keraam ka fatwa wahi hai jo roza rakhne ke peshe nazar bimaar aur bimaari ... ke baare me hai, Coronavirus ke pahle bhi yahi hukm tha


    Aayatullah Sistaani ke jawaab ke mota'alliq bahot saari ghalat fahmiyaan dur karne ke liae aur momenin ki jaanib se mosalsal sawaalaat ke peshe nazar meri nazar me behtar yahi hai ke ous ka tarjuma mokhtasar wazaahat ke saath pesh kar diya jaa'ae,


Aayatullah Sistaani sb ke jawaab ka tarjuma molaaheza farmaa'aen :

maahe mobaarak ramazaan ke roze ka wojub aek fardi (shakhsi wa zaati) farizah hai is baat ko nazar andaaz karte huae ke dusron par waajib hai yaa waajib nahi hai ? jis me bhi is ke wojub ke sharaa'aet paa'ae jaate hon wo roza rakhe


lehaaza agar koei musalmaan aa'eindah ramazaan me daakhil ho aur ous ko is baat ka khauf wa andesha ho ke tamaam aehteyaati tadaabir aekhteyaar karne ke baa'wojud "Corona" me mubtala ho jaa'ae ga to sirf ousi din ka roza ous se saaqit hoga jis din ke liae aiysa khauf ho ke is maraz me mubtala ho jaa'ae ga aur baad me chhute huae roza ki qaza kare


aur jab bimaari me mubtala hone ke aehtemaal wa gumaan ki meqdaar ko kam karna momkin ho yahaan tak ke "oqala" ke nazdik mubtala hone ka aiysa aehtemaal wa gumaan qaabile aetebaar na ho (yaani oqala ke nazdik bimaari me mubtala hone ka aehtemaal wa gumaan maaqul wa monaasib wa durust na ho)


chaahe (bimaari me mubtala hone ke aiyse aehtemaal wa gumaan ko kam karna jo oqala ke nazdik qaabile aetebaar nahi hai) ghar me rahne, nazdik se aekhtelaat (mel jol) se parhez karne aur tibbi (medical) mask wa dastaane ke istemaal aur jaraasim se paak karne ki mosalsal re'aayat karne aur ous ko naa'kaarah banaane se ho

aur is ke maanind chizon (par amal karne se)

aur in kaamon ko anjaam dene ki wajah se wo aiysi mashaq'qat wa dushwaari me na pade jo aam taur par ous ke liae qaabile tahammul wa bardaasht nahi, to (is surat me) ous se roza saaqit nahi hoga


(yaani 2 sharton ke saath roza saaqit nahi hoga, rakhna zaruri hai "aehteyaati tadaabir ko barat'te huae bimaari me mubtala hone ke aehtemaal wa gumaan ko kam kare" aur "aehteyaati tadaabir par amal karna aam taur par ous ke liae bahot zeyaadah dushwaari wa mashaq'qat ka sabab na bane")


aur (sawaal me) jo zikr kiya gaya ke : baaz doctor sefaarish karte hain ke mokhtasar waqfe waqfe se baar baar paani pite rahen taake badan me paani ki kami aur halq khushk hone se bacha jaa sake, keyon ke agar jism me paani ki kami ho jaa'ae wa halq khushk ho jaa'ae to Corona me mubtala hone ka aehtemaal wa gumaan badh jaata hai

lekin wo shakhs roza chhod sakta hai jo ous tak pahunch gaya ho (yaani is had tak mutmaein ho gaya ho) ke roza rakhne ki wajah se bimaari me mubtala ho jaa'ae ga aur koei bhi raasta bimaari me mubtala hone ke aehtemaal ko kam karne ke liae maujud na ho is tarah ke ous par bimaari ka khauf saadiq na aa'ae
khaah ghar me rahe ya aehteyaati tadaabir ke taur par dusre tamaam aala daraje wa jadid (ya mazkurah) raaste wa tariqe aekhteyaar kare


(yaani har surat me ghar me rahe ya jadid wa mazkurah aehteyaati tadaabir aekhteyaar kare, mubtala hone ka andesha hai to roza chhod sakta hai)


lekin aiyse shakhs ke aelaawah dusre afraad ke liae zaruri hai ke roza rakhen


(yaani agar koei shakhs masalan ghar me rah kar yaa tamaam aehteyaati tadaabir ko aekhteyaar kar ke maraz me mubtala hone ke aehtamaal wa gumaan ko kam kar sakta hai to aiyse shakhs se roza mo'aaf nahi hai, roza rakhe)


tawajjoh karen (note karen) shaayad roze'daar fajr (sahari khaane) ke pahle sabziyon aur paani se labrez wa sarshaar phal jaiyse khira, tarbuz ke istemaal rakhne se roze ki wajah se badan me paani ki kami se bach sakta hai


eisi tarah beghair chini (no sugar) ke chewing gum (چیونگم) chaba kar halq ki khushki se bacha jaa sakta hai
albatta is shart ke saath ke "chewing gum" ke hisse munh me na tuten aur ous ke zar'raat halq me na jaa'aen
is liae ke "chewing gum" chabaana munh me paani aane (aabe dahan) ki afzaaeish ka sabab hai


(jis tarah khataa'ei ya kisi oumdah chiz ki khaahish se munh me lo'aab aa jaata hai ousi tarah)


roze ki haalat me aiyse lo'aab, aabe dahan ko nigalne me koei haraj nahi hai (roza baatil nahi hoga)


is se waazeh ho jaata hai ke :


maahe ramazaan me jis ke liae kaam chhodna momkin hai aur ghar me is tarah rahe ke bimaari se mahfuz rah sake to aiyse afraad se roza saaqit nahi hoga (roza rakhna waajib hai)


lekin jo log kisi bhi wajah wa sabab ki bena par apne kaam nahi chhod sakte hain aur agar mokhtasar waqfe waqfe se din me paani na pine ki wajah se Virus me mubtala hone ka khatrah ho aur oun ke liae Virus se mahfuz rahne ke liae koei dusra raasta wa tadbir bhi na ho to aiyse afraad par roza waajib nahi hai


lekin oun ke liae jaa'aez nahi hai ke sare'aam wa aelaaniyah khaa'aen piaen (yaani roza'daar wa maahe ramazan ki hurmat paamaal na karen)


ye baat sab ko maalum hai ke :


maahe ramazan ka roza mohim tarin shar'ei faraa'aez me se hai, is ko tark karna wa chhodna jaa'aez nahi hai magar kisi haqiqi ouzr wa sabab ki khaatir


aur har shakhs apni haalat ke baare me zeyaadah baa khabar wa aagaah hai ke roza chhodne me haqiqi ouzr wa sabab hai ya nahi ?


mokhtasar kalaam ye ke :


maahe ramazaan ka roza sirf ous se saaqit hoga jis ke paas shar'ei ouzr ho jaiyse mariz ya kisi shakhs ko roza rakhne ki wajah se bimaari me mubtala hone ka andesha wa khauf ho, masalan tibbi mashwera wa raa'ae se


bimaari me mubtala hone se bach'ne ke liae aehteyaati tadaabir ous ke aekhteyaar me na hon


aur agar aiysa nahi hai (yaani mariz nahi hai aur bimaar hone ka khaufo andesha na ho)


to ous par roza laazim hai, ous ke liae roza chhodna jaa'aez nahi hai

  1. main doctor nahi hun lehaaza aakhir ke sawaalaat ke baare me maahir aur deen'daar doctor behtar bata sakte hain

  2. bahar haal Coronavirus ki haqiqat abhi tak kisi par aash'kaar wa raushan nahi hai, sab ke liae poshidah hai

    lehaaza ye aek mafruzah hai ke paani na pine aur gala sukhne se Corona ka khatrah hai


    dusre ye ke abhi tak koei eilmi dastaawezi sciencesy tahqiq maujud nahi hai jis me is tarah ki baat kahi gaei ho


  3. is tarah ki baat jhola chhaap (جھولا چھاپ) yaa islaam se aenaad rakhne waale doctor kahte hain, is ki koei haqiqat nahi hai

  4. roza jism ke modaafa'ati nezaam ko taaqat war banaata hai, mokhtalif bimaariyon se, na sirf ye ke jism ka tahaffuz karta hai balke bimaariyon ka moqaabalah karna bhi sikhaata hai


    hadis me hai "roza rakho taake sehat mand raho"


    is se insaan ka aeraadah qawi aur mohkam bhi hota hai, khutba'ae janaabe Zahrah (سلام الله عليها) me is baat ki taraf aeshaarah kiya gaya hai


  5. aalami aedaara-e-sehat ki har baat nahi maani jaa sakti hai, is liae ke ous me islaam se bughz rakhne waale afraad bhi hain

  6. albatta is haqiqat ka aeteraaf kiya hai ke : roza rakhna ruhaani, nafseyaati, jismaani aur insaani sehat-o-salaamati ke liae intehaaei mofid hai


    aur roze daaron ki sehat par "Corona" ka asar nahi pade ga

    koei bhi aiysi eilmi dastaawez nahi hai jis me kaha gaya ho ke roza ki wajah se "Covid 19" me mubtala ho sakte hain

    lehaaza sehat mand afraad guzishta barson ki tarah is saal bhi roze rakh sakte hain ...


    aakhir me aek aiyse tafsili khat ka zikr jo maraaje aezaam (دام ظلهم) ki khidmat me rawaana kiya gaya :


    iraani hokumat ke aiywaan-e-sadr (ایوان صدر) se waabastah "academy of madical sciences" (میڈیکل سائنس کی اکیڈمی) ke zere aehtemaam "Coronavirus" aur "roze" ... ke mauzu par dini wa tibbi maaherin aur tibbi omur se waabasta mokhtalif numaaeindon ki maujudgi me aek aham ijlaas ka inaeqaad kiya gaya
    ous me jo natija akhz (اخذ) kiya gaya wo maraaje keraam ki khidmat me bhi irsaal kiya gaya


    ous ki kuchh jhal'kiyaan intehaaei aekhtesaar ke saath molaaheza farmaa'aen :


    tamaam doctaron ka is baat par it'tefaaq hai ke :


    islaami roze daari me waqfe waqfe se khaana na khaana, na sirf ye ke sehat mand afraad me kisi tarah ki pechidgi eijaad nahi karta hai balke jism ki quwat-e-modaafa'at ko mazbut banaata hai


    aur noqsaan deh sozish ko kam karne me taasir guzaar bhi hai

    aur stress (اضطراب) ki wajah se insaani jism aek tanaao (تناؤ) ka shekaar ho jaata hai, ous ko kam karne aur behtari ke liae jism ka rad'de amal (reaction) bahot taasir gozaar hai


    tamaam sehat mand afraad (khat me mazkurah) tibbi aehteyaati tadaabir ki reaayat karte huae roza rakh sakte hain


    aehteyaati tadaabir me se baaz ye hain :


    iftaar wa sahari ke darmeyaan 8 se 10 glass paani piaen


    chaa'ae (tea), qahwa aur mithi ash'ya kam istemaal karen


    Corona se sehat yaab afraad kam az kam 6 hafte roze na rakhen ...
