1 masla ye hai ke hamaare ahle sunnat bhai azaan ki awaaz sunte hi roza aftar kar lete hai jab ki ham log azaan ke baad aftaar karte hai ... to kya azaan ki awaaz sunte hi aftaar kar lena sahi hai ... aur hamaare aur ahle sunnat bhaiyon ke aftaar me 15 mint ka faasla hai to kya ye sahi hoga ke koi shia us faasle ko tark kar de ... maine iska jawaab fasla tark karna behtar nahi hoga ye kaha hai

باسمه تعالى
عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته
الحمد لله


iftaar karne ke liae meyaar wa shart maghrib ka waqt ho jaana hai, azaan nahi hai. azaan ho ya na ho agar maghrib ka waqt ho gaya hai to iftaar kar sakte hain


albatta agar aap ko yaqin wa eitminaan hai ke azaan, maghrib ka waqt daakhil ho jaane ke baad ho rahi hai to azaan shuru hote hi iftaar kar sakte hain


wazaahat :


waqte ghorub wa waqte maghrib me farq hai, jab suraj dub jaa'ae to waqte ghorub hai aur ghorube aaftaab ke baad mashriq (purab) ki surkhi zaa'ael wa khatm ho jaa'ae to waqte maghrib hai


ghorube khurshid wa maghrib ke darmeyaan mausam ke aetebaar se taqriban 15 ya 20 minute ka faasela hota hai yaani ghorub ke taqriban 15 ya 20 minute baad maghrib ka waqt hota hai


Aayatullaah Sistaani ke nazdik ghorube aaftaab ke baad be'naabar aehteyaate waajib sabr karen, jab mashriq ki laali chali jaa'ae tab iftaar karen yaani jab maghrib ka waqt ho jaa'ae to iftaar karen


(ba surate digar : suraj dubne ya ahle sunnat ki azaan ke taqriban 15 ya 20 minute baad iftaar karen)


Raahe hal :


jaiysa ke arz kiya Aayatullaah Sistaani ke nazdik waqte iftaar be'naabar aehteyaate waajib mashriq ki surkhi zaa'ael wa khatm ho jaane ke baad hai ye fatwa nahi hai lehaaza aap sirf is mas'ale me Aayatullaah Makaarim Shiraazi se roju kar sakte hain yaani is mas'ale me aap ki taqlid kar sakte hain


aap ke nazdik suraj dubne ke baad yaani ahle sunnat ki azaan ke waqt iftaar karna jaa'aez hai albatta aap ke nazdik bhi behtar wa mustahab hai ke kuchh der sabr karen jab mashriq ki surkhi zaa'ael wa khatm ho jaa'ae tab iftaar karen


Note :


  1. dusre marja se roju karne me aek shart ye hai ke jis ki taraf roju kar rahe hain wo eilm me aap ke marja ke mosaawi ho ya aa'lam ho

  2. iftaar ka waqt shion ka sahi hai is par aayat wa motabar dalil wa rewaayaat maujud hain, yahaan maqsad sirf shar'ei hukm bayaan karna hai lehaaza is mauzu ko nazar andaaz karta hun

  3. mustahab hai rozedaar namaaze maghrib wa aesha ko iftaar ke pahle padhe lekin agar koei iftaar par intezaar kar raha hai ya zor se bhuk lagi hai, hozure qalb ke saath namaaz nahi padh sakta hai to behtar hai pahle iftaar kare
